“I promise Spence” Glen said as he placed his hand on her shoulder and then headed to the car himself. Spencer turned around in my arms and wrapped her around my neck, she smiled at me weakly before she hugged me. I hugged her back before I pulled away and kissed her

“Lets get our things in shall we” I smiled as I pulled out of her arms and headed to the front door, I grabbed my car keys on the way. As I opened the door I saw my black 4X4 parked on the driveway, now that I had a family to drive around my porche was no good so I gave it too charity in memory of my dad. As I stood there I felt someones arms wrap around my waist

“Thought we were getting our things not daydreaming about old cars” Spencer laughed as she kissed my neck, sometimes I hated the fact she knew me too well

“Hey we had fun in that old car” I laughed back as I pushed the button for the doors to unlock, I then opened the boot and grabbed the heavy bags leaving Spencer with Dylan’s toys. Taking them into the house we went straight to our room, Spencer began to put our clothes away while I set up Dylan’s travel bed. We were quiet while we were busy which seemed odd as usually we couldn’t stop talking even if it was about the most random things ever

“Ash…” I heard Spencer say finally breaking the silence

“Yeah Babe?” I replied as I carried on sorting Dylan’s things out

“I know this isn’t the right time in our life but…. I was thinking..” she began to get nervous about saying what she wanted, hearing this in her voice I got off the floor and walked over to her

“thinking what Spence?” I asked as I placed her hand in mine

“maybe we should buy a house here to stay in” she replied alittle too quickly for that to be what she really wanted to say

“Erm…yeah sure we shall go look when we have sorted everything out” I said confused slightly, I released her hand from mine and went back to what I was doing as did she causing as to go back into silence.
